Cover of registered letter sent from Tagatrog to Rostov-on-Don on April 12, 1919. It was received on April 13, 1919. Cover is franked with stamps of Armed forces of the South of Russia and stamps of the Russian Empire "For the benefit of soldiers and their families". It is a late use of these Russian Empire stamps as they were withdrawn from circulation in the middle of 1917 (it meets very seldom).
