Ukraine. UNR. Denikin's tax. Postal order sent from Kamenka on October 15, 1919.

Postal order for 3000,00 rubles sent from Kamenka to Ribniza on October 15, 1919. This postal order was sent to Volunteer Army of Denikin. Postal order wasn't received and redirected to Odessa. There is a violet mark: "should collect the tax ..." on the back side, and a purple ink notice: "should collect the tax for 30 rubles". Blank is franked with 22 Russian Empire stamps - 1 rouble, with black hand overprint Podoliya 1. Probably postal worker made a mistake in calculation and mistake was found. Denikin's tax was 2%. Postal orders with need to co-pay notes are very rare.
