Cover of postal stationery of the Russian Empire, nominal value - 35 kop. with trident UNR overprint. It was used for sending a registered letter from Kiev to Petrograd on August 16, 1921. Nominal overprint wasn't considered on the envelope, and the delivery (at the sum of 1250 rub.) was paid in cash (according to a tax for letters from another town). There is a mark about receiving money on the reverse side.
