Ordinary postcard sent from Rostov-on-Don to Arnhem (The Netherlands) on December 2, 1922, via Moscow - December 28, 1922. Tax was 150 roubles (December 1, 1922 - January 1, 1923). Extra payment postmark "Т" and figure 20 (blue pencil). Apparently the card was sent with registered correspondence and had to be paid additionally.
