Six stamps, par value 70 k., with blue surcharge "RSFSR/FOR STARVING/100r.+100r.". Surcharge shifted on two top left stamps. Condition: original gum, two top stamps are hinged. There are yellow spots on the top left stamp, other stamps are fine, without claims. These stamps are not described in SC catalog. Very rare.
