Horizontal pair of USSR stamps, 3 roubles, "gold standard", first type, perforation 13 1/2-10, skip (blind) perforation between stamps, small fold of paper between stamps. Condition: original gum, never hinged, very fine. It hasn't been described in SC catalog. It is the only pair with imperforated center known at the present time. With certificate of Mandrovskiy.
