USSR stamp, devoted to first Winter Games of USSR, with black typographical overprint: "Советские хоккеисты - чемпионы мира и Европы. Стокгольм 1963 г." - "Soviet hockey players - champions of world and Europe. Stockholm 1963" and with horizontal red typographical overprint: "1969". Stamp with such overprint was not approved for issue and is considered proof overprint. Condition: original gum, never hinged, without remarks. Rare.
