USSR stamp, devoted to 100th anniversary of Sobinov's birthday (1934-1972), brown, recess printing on chalk-coated white paper, with gum, line perforation 12,5. Text: "National Artist of USSR" instead of "National Artist of Republic." Stamp was not issued. Condition: original gum, has traces of gluing to cardboard. Stamp was glued on draft for approval, was made no more than 10 items. Very rare.
