Tax was 15000 rubles (February 22, 1922 - April 01, 1922) for ordinary letter. It was paid by 15 stamps at 1000 rubles.
Stamps were canceled by the postmark of departure of "KOPAYGOROD". It is a rare using of non calendar postmark for cancellation. Rarity.
